About Our Artists and Our Artwork

New Bern ArtWorks, located in historic New Bern, North Carolina, is
a stimulating place where professional artists with varied backgrounds and 
with experience in many different media are working with one uniting
factor – a box. Starting with this simple, three-dimensional form, each
artist has the freedom to design and create his/her own unique vision.
This studio/gallery provides many sizes of boxed panels with no
limitations on the possibilities. It is a working studio where artists
come together to grow and share new ideas. These artists constantly find
unique ways to produce quality art. “Thinking outside the box” is their
working motto.  Their creations are designed to be displayed individually
or in groupings and are extremely versatile. They hang on walls, sit
upon desks, or stack on shelves. All creative boxed panels are signed,
original artworks. The gallery owner, Martha Williams, currently
represents 26 artists, with 99% living within a 40 mile radius of New Bern.
